After taking a treatment from Alena we had the ultímate feeling of relaxation. We appreciated the good communication and the skills of identifying specific tensions. Alena’s expertise is provided in different ways but specifically to the (upper)back.

I have never been serviced by such kind, thoughtful, and very catering massage therapist like I have at this place. I absolutely loved my massage! Alena has magical hands and it's like she knows exactly what your body specifically needs to relax. Such a great experience. My wife and I found Alena (and Nature's Way Javea) last summer when we were in need of some great massage therapy, and we've been to see her over a dozen times since then. I always relax completely when I lie on her massage table. As she works on you from head to toes, literally, Alena always finds those tight or knotted spots and those areas of trapped energy that need to release or be freed up.She has great knowledge of the body from her three-decades+ of experience and uses different modalities to get the results.I'm confident in her ability, as part of our health team, to keep our bodies at their best or to help get them back to health.I would highly recommend Alena and am grateful for her gifts she's shared with us to be healthy.

Had an amazing special offer on so I thought “why not”. So glad I did. The massage was relaxing yet worked the areas that had pain. Great energy and left feeling energized. Would definitely recommend this massage.

Victoria came to our house today to give my mum a fantastic, relaxing full body massage. What a lovely experience it was for her, Victoria was superb and very attentive to her client's requirements. My mum felt a million dollars after.

If you’re visiting Javea, you have to visit Nature’s Way, she is the best! Never got a massage, the way she can do it. It’s so stress releasing and all my backpain is gone.I love the way so makes you comfortable and gives you all personal attention you needed.5 out of 5 for me !!See you next year

I had the best Massage ever at Nature`s Way Javea ! Alena did a superb job, she is really proffessional and i could relax and get also a fitness massage so my muscle pain was gone, she did the perfect balance. She also gave advices on health in general and life which i really apreciated. It was truly amazing and i will come back, I can recommend it to everyone. !

My wife and I have had 2 fantastic foot reflexology sessions and loved them both. Afterwards, it's what I would imagine it would be like walking on a cloud. My feet didn't really hurt going in, but afterwards, it's like I didn't feel them at all as I walked. Looking forward to our next visit in a few weeks.

Alena has over 35 years experience in Therapeutic, Relaxation Massage and Hand and Foot Reflexology. She is also a qualified nurse and dietician. Her expertise includes Applied Fitotherapy, Dietetics and Nutrition. She is currently studying holistic naturopathy.
