Kombucha is a variety of fermented teas, originally exported from the time of Oriental Chinese Dynasty Tsin (212 A.C.), to Japan, India and Russia.
It is prepared by fermenting sweetened tea, with a live yeast culture and good bacterias (using a pre-fermentation, a live-culture o even Kombucha that was previously grown or purchased).
Known as *Tea of Immortality*, Kombucha Tea promises long life and well being.
